The managing attorney David Zengjian Yao, Esq. has extensive experience in the field of immigration law. He has successfully represented a variety of large corporations, smaller businesses, and individual clients in the areas of sciences and technology, finance, education, healthcare, social services, performing arts, martial arts, sports and religious organizations. He has advised employers on hiring and employment eligibility verification practices, and has assisted them in obtaining work visas and green cards for new and existing employees. he has also assisted individual clients seeking appropriate work visas, green cards and U.S. citizenship, etc. Prior to establishing his own law practice, Mr. Yao worked at a nationally recognized immigration law firm in the nation.
Attorney Yao is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), and the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. He has also earned a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the Pennsylvania State University. Attorney Yao is a licensed New York Attorney.
